Join us for an evening of celebration as we look back on the successes of our athletes throughout the year.

Light buffet, Beetle Drive and more!

Each year, clubs and schools from around the county compete in the Norfolk Sportshall League – a fun competition for under 11s through to under 15s.

Athletes of all abilities take part. These are an ideal introduction to competition for younger athletes and also provide challenge for more experienced and able athletes too.

Cross Country Grand Prix

Ryston Runners AC provide an Open Cross-Country Grand Prix Series every year - 6 races - from October to March. Races take place in woods at Shouldham Warren, in West Norfolk, on various Sundays starting at 10:30am These races are suitable for runners of all ages and all abilities.

Shouldham Warren is a beautiful undulating wooded area with well developed trails. Underfoot conditions vary dependant upon the weather.

Seniors (inc. U20) & Masters alternate: 5km, 9km, 6.5km, 5km, 9km, 6.5km
