Membership

  We are moving to a booking system for our juniors which will come into effect on 1st October 2026

• All junior athletes will be required to book every session that they wish to attend.
• Slots are dependent on coach availability to ensure safe ratios.
• Fees are currently £3.00 per session.
• Cancellations can be made two days prior to training, after this no refunds will be available.
• All athletes are required to pay their UK Athletics affiliation annual fee in addition to training fees.
• New members please ensure you complete the membership form and familiarize yourself with the Academy's constitution and code of conduct document.

Seniors

1.  Quarterly Payments :

Academy membership fees are  divided into 4 equal payments of £40 which includes athlete membership to UKA. Payment for new members will be due after the 1st session which is free of charge.

2.  Pay as you go : 

UKA affiliation payment is charged at £23.00 and each training session will be £6.00. Payment for new members will be due after the 1st session which is free of charge.

To minimize the handling of cash it is requested that fees are paid using the BACS payment method. Contactless card payments are now available and can be processed at training sessions. Please arrive prior to the session start time in order to enable adequate time for staff to attend to your requirement.
